First of all - low trust factor means high amount of not very nice people
Second id say - maps, mirage for example is very tryhard map so i just avoid it and play on less popular ones.
And third - try to bring a nice touch by yourself if you have the feel to do this.
There are many different types of players and many emotions, if you meet a player who has lost 2-3 games in Solo-MM or Faceit, he is unlikely to be friendly as he may even blame the randoms. If you meet a girl who hears for the third game in a row that she's trash because she's a girl, or a guy who was top fragger in the last few games but is now bottom fragger, they probably won't be friendly, and even if they are, imagine you start winning but then lose round after round, that's too much for some. It depends on many factors and the individuals themselves.
The best thing you can do is keep people calm and be friendly, and if one day you yourself get angry after the second or third defeat to randoms, you should come up with a ritual to take a break and come back with a new attitude. At the end of the day, the people you meet are unlikely to change how they have behaved in hunderts of hours after such experiences, and the best thing you can do is put your energy where it is needed. If you need to reassure your teammates, fine, if they don't listen, keep calling and focus on the game or whatever is required to do your best.
It's based on the CS buy menu concept that appeared 8 years ago. The reason for changing is simple - it doesn't work well with the new concept of refunding weapons and loadouts, which would kill your muscle memory anyways. It is not difficult to use, the first few times you buy a Scout by accident, but you can refund it and get used to it in literally 4 Matches.
