I just had a game of Office with some crazy unequal MM.. Enemies were MG but for my feelings, they played like Globals lol.. I died every single round.

What the hell happened to this game? The Eagle players+ I met back then were piece of cake in comparison to these MG's.

Every match has it
It's a pretty big issue in ranked MM and Faceit, but how can unranked be "full of smurfs," when there are no ranks? A smurf is by definition someone who plays at a lower rank than their skill.
In some ways I prefer unranked for this reason. If I am up against a 5-stack of Supremes, I can learn from the experience without losing rank when I lose the match.
The real problem is they should have kept Prime scrimmage: being matched with non-Prime players means more cheaters.
What do you mean by this? Isn't Prime Matchmaking a thing anymore?
Can you also explain that one a little bit further? Theoretically I know about Trust Factor - like having a lower Trust Factor means you play with fishier people.. But idk why my Trust Factor should be low, I have never been a pro at csgo and my overall performance K/D Ratio in most cases (also back in the days) was like 0.9 I think. So I see no reason why people should have me reported for Cheating or whateverwhat.
Now, unranked is mixed Prime and non-Prime.
yes but you got some people that are actually silver 3 and they get killed over and over while the smurfs compete
