Report a translation problem
The people crying false bans are usually liars trying to get a bit more attention seeking points in before they abandon their account to do it all over again, or play legitimately.
Or they believe if they try lying they'll get unbanned. Trying to salvage whatever skins they can get back. Seen a few cheaters who tried crying false ban because their cheater account has tons of skins/crates that are now worth something and try lying hoping to cash out. Back when knives were as low as 50. Lol
Point is, don't listen to the majority of people who cry about being falsely banned. If you play legitimate you really have little to fear.

Refer to Valerie's reply. False bans DO Happen, but are very rare.
FYI, Your ban isn't false if it surpassed 1-2 weeks. RIP Your bloodhound investments.
