Only a small number of players care about stickers and assign their own value to it... here you see people in this thread talking about "10%" or "3% - 5% and 7% - 10%" because that is the value they give to the stickers. Whereas someone like me who does not care about stickers would give it a value of 0%. Personally, I think these people want everyone to believe EVERY sticker has value, because they can buy any skin with a few stickers from the market for cheap and resell it for much higher because of their imposed sticker value. Therefore, I find it incredibly shady when I see people pushing their own values of stickers onto other players.
It would be different if it were a very expensive sticker ($100+) because those are sought after by collectors, but again you would have an issue with what the value of the sticker and skin should be. It is something that is dealt with on a case by case basis between the buyer and seller.
