Overwatch banned for no reason at all

i have over 2k hours in csgo never once hacked and ive been overwatch banned that has put a vac ban on my account my skins are worth a lot of money also im a silver 2 with 1.33 kd 43% headshot so i dont understand why i have been overwatch banned i guess it was a mistake any ideas how to get them to relook at this guys help please!!

Overwatch has not been in the game since the CS2 beta started. Also no one in the forums can do anything about bans, you will need to submit a support ticket if you believe the ban is false.

i feel like valve likes to deliberately confuse bans to keep cheat developers guessing/confused

It's true, but they've also expanded the vacnet/untrusted system. More inhuman actions can now get you banned automatically.

i legit just got banned after i came home from work to open some cases, and im unsure what happened i hope there was just a false ban wave

unfortunately there is no way around this. and they don't want to admit it. This system was a mistake from the very beginning. dozens of people have been unfairly banned, yes it is true and for some reason they prefer to avoid their mistakes. because removing a person's ban will both cause them to admit their mistake and will cause thousands of other banned users to remove these bans. In addition, the skins entering the market from the accounts opened will upset the balance of the market. Therefore, it is easier for Valve to avoid the responsibilities that will arise from this and remain silent.

i agree that vacnet/ai is playing a larger role

so they may be labeling bans as game bans to confuse cheat devs

If you want confused Cheat devs, then just shadow ban them
they play hvh against each other anyways, so that would be a good way to split legit players from the cheating players !
