This is not with Anubis Collection packages only, someother items on CSGO in game Menu which cost $0.99, people are buying of the steam market for $1.13.

i think the simplistic answer is the right. most of them don't know they can buy them ingame. it's not hard to overlook the store ingame and for some stuff you need a "coupon"
