Help! Sold a skin but the funds are pending???

I sold a skin and I'm supposed to get $7.40.

But the funds are pending and not in my wallet balance. What is this about?

It says a purchase I made has been refunded and I'll get the funds in 24 hours.

I did not refund. I sold an item for steam wallet.

do you have steam gaurd? im not sure but if you dont it may be on hold as a verification type thing.

Of course I do. I just listed an item for sale and it went up immediately.

This is normal as of recently. Don't know why some item sale behave this way but just be patient and all will be ok soon.

Check your email, I have the same situation after I sold a 20$ item for like 16$. Steam have sent me an email that this transaction is unusuall (according to the lower price) and my funds are blocked for 48h.

It happened to me rn i got a skin from ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for like 15e a bizon and sold it and now my 12e are pending,it says i made a refund and it's available in 1 or 2 days
