What happened to EU WEST servers?

steamstat.us says that london and paris and amesterdam servers are offline and
madrid/Frankfurt are on low capacity.

it's has been two days since im being connected to warsaw/east europe server and im having trouble lagging?

any input from valve since r/Globaloffensive doesn't want to be open again?

London, Paris, and Amsterdam are just relays.

The Euro CS servers are in Madrid, Vienna, Frankfurt, Stockholm, and Warsaw, unless I have forgotten one.

lagszawa and vienna are low performance craps (warszawa the worst). Full of russkies.
Frankfurt is infested with 80ms asians (mostly turks or kazakhstanians). Stockholm the same (russkie trash server).
Valve need to sacricrifice one server for asians and region lock them and make a true EU server for europeans. Also Istanbul needs a server location for turks, they are unplayable, teleporting here and there and clumsy as hell. So funny to play T sided csgo only.
IF they dont solve EU servers, nobody will play matchmaking in cs2 and 3rd party will be more popular, at faceit i can at least dodge opponents which dont have fair play ping simply by not joining.

im having trouble having a good ping despite being close to them and im just being sent to east europe

Valve has never been that great at communicating with players.

I agree, it would be simple good customer service to release a short message on the blog if servers are going to be offline for maintenance, for example.

There are Servers for asians Sherlock. One is located in Tokyo and another one is located in Singapur not sure if there are more. But those are not asians playing on EU Servers i tried it from JP and I get over 140 ms. Also high ms is not a Server problem mostly its the connection of the people playing because if it would be the server everyone would be lagging. Also people from Turkey are not lagging for me when I played from Germany. Sure there are some people here and there but then it is their connection and not the Server. I also had high ping one time because of packet loss. But that's not the Servers fault. Also why you want to region lock Asians and make a server only for Turkey players?

for the simple reason that we as europeans we are infested by turkish, russians etc.. with highping.. they are unhittable and most of them are cheating.. so yeah.. region lock would be nice, for the sake of europeans players, but also for csgo itself.
