If I have prime account, do I match make with non prime in casual/non compet modes?
or would it only be prime players only? thanks

Prime is only in competitive. If you play casual, it'll just throw you in a match near your location.

That's not true. When you have Prime you're only matched with other Prime Status players in all matchmaking modes except for unranked competitive, unranked Wingman and unranked Danger Zone.
Only if you were to group up with a non-Prime player and join casual you'd get in those non-Prime lobbies

Everyone can join community server. If they arent VAC secure, even VAC banned player.
