CSGO best aim trainer?

been getting back into CSGO lately and been grinding competitive, im almost up to MG and feel like my shot could definitely use some work. I whiff some of the easiest shots and then other times have the most godly spray ever, my aim is decent but overall i know its still trash, whats the best way to go about getting better aim and aim training?

When my aim gets trashy i change my crosshair in Crash'z Crosshair workshop map and then practice on aiming in head for some bots, after i find the crosshair i like, i use another workshop map called "Training_aim_csgo2".

osu worked pretty well for me but it's more like a "screen aim (and speed) trainer with cool hard/speedcore songs to vibe to",now almost every shoot I shoot is on torso or head but since it doesn't have any other prep (ofc),I still suck at the Gamesense therefore I'm silver 1 xD

People also seem to recommend Aim Lab on Steam.
