About mouse acceleration, you can try to set mouse speed to the minimum in OS settings, it helps me when I was playing csgo.
It wasn't canceled, it never started.
CSGO was running through multiple emulators just to get 100FPS on Apples latest hardware.
Making a CS2 port to MacOS and have it run well would require porting source 2 to ARM and Apple's lame proprietary graphics API metal that nobody uses just for a sub 1% player base.
It was never going to happen.
In your mac mouse options disable mouse aceleration.
In game video advanced options activate VSync.
People have done the royal copy pasta for over ten years now. Its like those "BOOST YOUR FPS!" videos with a thumb nail of 30 to 400fps and its just a update your drivers copy pasta.
