Is it just me or does the maps currently looking way too bright in CS2?

So question in the title says everything. I know it's beta and I hope they change it, because it's waaaaay too bright in my opinion and makes some stuff looks like comic graphics

CSGO was too dark. Can't tell yet really with CS2.

there is nothing like a comics, it's the same textures, with better visibility

its because CSGO was too dark

its not brighter, the colors are just more vibrant thats why it looks brighter

Maybe I just have to get used to the new look, but some textures for example the skin from the player loos so shiny

It wasnt too dark, they ruined it. Only overpass looks better. It looks like they removed shadows or something

Not gonna lie, I don't like that it is too light aswell, hope they add some brightness settings to set it down lmao.

Honestly it's better this way. Makes it so people can't blend in with dark backgrounds anymore

Map lighting in CS2 is real ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, everything is just way too bright and washed out.
Because of that skins look not good, they all are matte and very washed out. Colors not so vibrant compared to CSGO. Guys we need to send feedbacks to CS2 team. Skins in CS2 must look better, not worse... And game should be not so bright and white.

its a little bright but i think its better, now we dont have to use digital vibrance as much

and people that dont have black equalizer have not as much a disadvantage

Yeah the brightness is CS2 is a bit much in my opinion, I adjusted the brightness setting to 80 percent and it's still too much so that it just hurts my eyes when I play I can't look at it for too long.

same thins my eyes are bleeding after 10 minutes of plying, i literally can't play at all because of that

Game is overbrightnessed and not good for eyes.
Minimal brightness doesn't resolve the issue because game can't normally work with brightness. and black color as well.

When change brightness to minimum then it looks like maximum brightness in csgo (I play csgo on maximum brightnes and everything is awesome), but color balance is screwed and menu is dark asf.

agree. just tested csgo2 for like 10 min. the game is tooooo bright. I really do think this will create an issue for your eyes after alot of hours. not good at all. And the settings to actually try to reduce it doesnt work that well. They need to fix this..........

if you have an NVIDIA gpu, use the game filter (alt + f3), ive configured mine to look like csgo, it does a pretty good job at it

and if players don't have NVIDIA what then? it's Valves job to make game look normal
