Are external crosshairs bannable?

Overlays, tape on screen, the console trick, whatever can be considered an external crosshair.

Could it be bannable by Overwatch standards? Since snipers don't have a crosshair and they do provide a pretty accurate way to noscope and aid in quickscoping.

no since bullets dont go where you aim even if you are dead center with an awp for example or an scout you would still have the recoil to account for so its completly okay and dont really break the game
