u can pretty much pick anything with that budget.
wouldnt even call that cheap. its the normal price.
only thing u cant get are wireless superlights.
zowie ec1 is good,
razer deathadder is good,
some roccats are good if u like bigger mice.
logitech mices are good.
for any purchase try to get the newest version.
all mices have older and newer version cos they keep getting upgraded.
by example, dont buy a blue or green deathadder, those are old versions.
the newest is chroma. (if we ignore the wireless superlight for 150.)
If you play with claw grip like me I can recommend zowie ec2-a. Bought it more then 5 years ago and still works an feels great.
