It has nothing to do with competitive. It has everything to do with the fact that de_dust is a staple in the Counter Strike world and it needs to make a comeback.

I would be easier to add a connection between A and B and let the CT spawn there, or simply move the CT spawn to upper middle, where they can easily take both sites before the T arrive.
