Will cs2 count as a new game thoe? it will just be a beta when its done it will be added to csgo so i would call it more like a dlc?

I can be complete wrong was that 2 games not made from 2 different company from the start? But cs2 will not be its own game it will be added as a csgo thing not as a complete other game.

Edit i can be wrong about he other company made condition zero.
