(cs go and cs2) bug microfone headset bluetooth g435 logitech no cs go e cs 2 in other bluetooth headphones that i've already tested on my pc the same thing also happens how can i solve it??

i'm using my logitech g435 headset in bluetooth mode because the lightspeed dongle stopped working, but in cs when i use the microphone to communicate in game the sound of the game is low and in mono mode and also the lag in the video making gameplay very difficult, in other bluetooth headphones that i've already tested on my pc the same thing also happens how can i solve it??

Connecting it with USB hub worked normaly.
With bluetooth no.
Im using them and i like. Just need to put volume a little bit higher because they are not too loud.
