CS2 doesnt feel "smooth"

When i play CS2 it feels like playing with low FPS or 60hz, but it get around 400-600 FPS. Animations look kind of fuzzy and mouse movement feels "slow".

Game is in fullscreen mode 1080p 144hz.

I tried different settings (high/low - MSAA on/off etc.)
Sys: AMD 5 5600x + 4070 + 32GB DDR4. Game is installed on M2 SSD.

Any suggestions? Has anyone else experienced this?

I read that CS2 feels incredible smooth compared to CSGO but not for me :/.

Are you sure its 144? Set the launch command?

go to nvidia 3d settings add cs2 there and enable low latency mod

Set the launch command and selected it in the settings. I also enabled low latency mode, but same result.

btw i got it yesterday i enable low latency mode its kinda better than before but i still feel the input lag

for me it is more than "just" input lag. I can clearly see, that the game isn't running with 144hz.

Weird thing for me is, i very often get drops in FPS on Overpass making it feel like 90Hz, however, Vertigo is super smooth...

You have to set from cs2 video settings your fq rate 144 or higher, it has 60hz as standard!

i have the same issue i get 100 fps in cs2 but doesnt feel good at all
i kicked all the bots in the match and i got 300 fps and the game feels like csgo , the models are buggy i think

game feels horrid, fps counter say 300+ fps, but feels like 80. i did realize it seems to be the ´´player´´ models causing this, i went on a ´´practice´´ and kicked all bots and it was buttery smooth

i have gaming laptop not a desktop. I think cs2 use %100 of my CPU, cooling is problem for me. I hope valve optimize it

Set the game to realtime priority in task manager that fixed it for me. I tried turning off MSAA but it seemed to do almost nothing for the stuttering. Try that and see if it works for you
