That beeing said. Competitive 10v10 does not work because the maps are designed for 5v5. If 10v10 would exist there would be way too many util (mollies and smokes) to prevent Ts from doing anything. One smoke stays for 18 sec. Imagine 4 b anker on inferno b. 4x18 sec + 4 mollies - and the round is over. Ts would be forced to rush through smokes/mollies.
In casual it works because there is no communication who uses what util at what point so 10 smokes/mollies aren't that much of an issue.
That is btw. why office does not work either and is a terrible map. There are only two long and tight corridors, no skybox where you can throw stuff, no lineups, no nothing. So Ts end up using 5x smoke and 5x molly and then camp there around the hostages. It is just such a bad design. It gives no variety and no individualism. Just camp there for the entire round time and do nothing. CTs have to wait every round for that time.
That isn't CS. And it isn't fun.
If you get more experience and understand competitive CS you'll understand it.
Even now casual has too many player tbh. 7v7 would be absolutely fine / even better. Or at least 8v8.

Competitive mode 10 v 10 can't be a thing, since the game will be very unbalanced.
But Casual 16 v 16? Yes. Casual 20 v 20? YES!
If you want to know what does that mean, try Dota2 12v12 (where default is also 5v5), it is a pure mess and chaos, gamemodes like that can't be played on a serious base.
otherwise i'd love to see more fun modes like Domination, Hardpoint
