Just sharing story. This account have a lot of memories. I can't believe I cheat on CSGO. I went to Cybercafe every day after school, and started playing cheats. At the time, I thought it was undetected. But I was OW banned and it was eventually changed to VAC ban.

I remember I trying so hard to hide it. But, as always, Pro Players will know if you're cheating only by their game sense. I was AWPing with crazy flick shots (It's triggerbot). CS2 is coming. I already have another account and determined to stay clean.

If you ask me why I cheat? It started because of other players were blatantly cheating and they're not even banned. At the time, I thought Valve doesn't do anything to them, might as well I cheat too. It turns out, Valve does care about cheaters. And they do anything they can to eliminate it.

For the record, I was OW banned for like 3-4 months after I started cheating. Now you know how long it took for Valve to really ban cheaters. Hopefully, CS2 VAC Live will exceed people's expectations for instant ban.

Edit: I forgot to mention that I feel I was in the verge of getting ban after I was suddenly matched with a lot of cheaters in one match. As if the trust factor were dropped to low indefinitely. The next day, I was OW Banned.

this is where you are wrong.

VAC Bans and permanent Game Bans are completely shown on Steam Account Profile.

as long as the Steam Account people using start a thread in any of the Steam Forums

people can go view your Steam Account Profile to see whether you got VAC Bans and/or Game Bans

even if you put your Steam Account Profile Settings to "totally private to everyone"

it won't hide the VAC Bans and Game Bans on your Steam Account Profile.
