High Faceit Ping

Hello everyone, I'm a new faceit player currently and the problem I have is a very high ping on faceit. I currently live in germany and when I try to play I also get servers in germany. My internet speed is also good with around 100 mbs download. Sometimes I completely stuck in the loading screen for the whole match or I get around 160 Ping. I don't know what my problem is so I am asking for you guys for help. Thx

mb cable problem,try to use wifi, if its lower then im right

I have the same problem... and my friend too, I think it's a bad Frankfurt servers on faceit. I have too ping on Frankfurt server's on cybershoke/

yeah those are bad servers. contacting support won't help. they simply tell you it is your problem xd. anyways faceit is complete dogwater since 2022
