How to change Right Hand to Left Hand in CS2

I am not able to play on lefthand model , Why bind is not working in CS2?

No cl_righthand 0 is not working (I think in CS2 they forgot to add this bind) this is very important for left hand players , I dont understand how they forgot to add this basic thing.

No ! this command is not working! Well I got some answers from fellows below about the cause so need to wait I guess!
