CS2 Inspect servers?

Does anyone know how to inspect skins that you don't own in a server? I know Ohnepixel has done it but I haven't seen anyone post anything about it. I'll set it up myself if I have to just trying to find any information on how/where to find that out.

You can also check my Website[www.inspect.tools] where you can create Skins that don't exist, like AWP Emerald or whatever, you can also insert Inspect-URLs from existing Skins and mofify them like changing Float, Sticker, ...
My Website also allows you to inspect all Medals, Coins and more in the Game if you want to see Stuff like that.
