Smurfing is a violation of the Steam Online Conduct rules.

"The short answer to this question is no. Smurfing in CSGO is not a bannable offense, and therefore, you can’t get banned for using a CSGO smurf account. Buying CSGO smurf accounts requires players to purchase a legitimate copy of the game, just like everyone else, and they are allowed to create a new account to utilize within the game."

Actually it IS bannable.
They changed their TOS back in april think.
Just one glance at the Steam Online Conduct would have showed you that.

Cheat
Examples of such prohibited behavior include: running cheat programs; smurfing; and artificially boosting your match-making rank.

Agreed. Playing at a level u not belong to = a kind of cheating/unfair playing.
If u really love to smurf, pls be nice and give fun to others. Do not just get the top frag for purpose.

68 hours in csgo, 1/14 friends banned (7%), you are smurfing and keep getting reported.
You're in a 2 account group, owner of that groups name is "chinese ayyware", which is prolly your 'main' here in case you leave/delete the group: steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199446423881 (private hours, 11/73 (15%) banned friends, joined steam 2022)
You have botted recommendations.
Watched a demo of yours and I'm sure you're cheating, you have no map awareness, not checking angles, yet somehow when there is an enemy there you seem to always know exactly where to pre-aim, you adjust your aim to peeking enemies, even on off angles, or if they're behind a wall close to where your teammate is (round 7 of your overpass game https://csgostats.gg/match/125162310). You're randomly flicking onto walls rather than having actual crosshair placement, for info from wallhack, also good example in round 7. You're clearing places with your knife in hand, as if you knew it's clear. You're also not missing any bunnyhops, it looked like you were pretending to make it look legit, by limiting yourself to only hitting 2 in a row max, but you always hit those 2. Your movement overall gives the feel of spectating a silver with cheats too. You're being caught off guard when peeked from dormant angles. Your random nades overall seem good, but that's prolly nade prediciton, you don't line up any util, like a 'smurf' would. Your aim overall fits your rank so it's not really smurfing.
I would say, the bad trust factor is prolly cuz you got flagged for cheating, cheers.
"Why trust factor bad?!"

Btw my favourite of your 'silver cheater' moments was you trying to wallbang default from stairs with a usp in the third round of this match https://csgostats.gg/match/125167182

typical cheater crying for being detected. Smurf accounts dont give red trust for nothing if mains are legit, and if you play them from same network/pc. I have really plenty of smurfs and all have good TF even if they started with 0 hours, they didnt meet HvH red barons.

Smurfing is not allowed any more. Increase your rank to not be a smurf anymore, behave nice and be a better community member!
