If someone is AFK, they'll usually come back after you headshot them a few times because of how loud that is.
And head shotting a teammate because they're AFK isn't a solution.
1vs1 warm-up needs to die.
I see, so you're just talking nonsense. My point still stands.
But its beta and that could change at any point. Except for the awful sound cues on overpass, and fps dips right before a gun fight which takes getting used too.
it almost feels like its in the finishing stages before release, Which could bring fun fun fun.
If you go AFK then you will get your ears blasted with headshot sounds.
I prefered the old warmup.
But this is rather subjective and should be treated as such.
Another fact worth mentioning is that there are other issues that should be ironed out with higher priority.
To clarify, I'm not talking about people going AFK during warm-up. I'm talking about people who go AFK during warm-up, but then don't make it back in time and are AFK during the start of the actual game.
This happens in I'd say 99% of the matches I play with these 1vs1 warm-up modes.
People aren't as engaged and so wander off to do other things while the timer say something like 4:39. Then everyone joins and the 1 minute count down starts, meaning the game begins while they're still in the bathroom / kitchen / helping their mom in with the shopping.
You mean... someone better than you?
True - the amount of times people try-hard in warm-ups and then play like ass in the match is laughable :D
No kid, I mean I'll try hard in the game, not in an irrelevant box. I'd Rather play the map I'm about to try and win on.
