PLEASE HELP ME, SCAMMED on cs.deals
I got scammed when trading skins on cs.deals. The scammer had access to my trading account and stolen my skins. Currently the skins are still in the inventory of site bot, but as long as trade lock is off they will be gone.
I tried to contact cs.deals support but never received email replies. Also tried to contact Jambo who is a developer of csdeals. Anyone can give me some advice. Really need some assistance

Why did you login onto that shady site USING your steam username and password ???:steamfacepalm:
that site isnt shady BUT you should always login on the steam page first before using any trading bot site. sounds like you were already API scammed from some other place you visited in the past.

unfortunately its over for your skins in that trade, valve wont help you.

you need to secure your account its compromised.

Hello, thanks for your reply. The situation actually is: the scammer had 2fa codes and controlled my csdeals account to sell him my skins(I already listed my skins on csdeals), and he cashout all the money in btc. My steam account is secure.
If any support member could do something like banning the scammer’s csdeals acc, there would be a chance that he cannot withdraw those skins

3rd party site developer has nothing to do with it.
Valve is also not responsible for your account security.

Do this to secure your account:
> Log out from all devices
> Delete API key
> Change steam password

Report the scammer.
You can't get back your items, because "your account is your responsibility".

Also read this to avoid the same situation in future:

How does it work?
If you haven't had your account protected by a Mobile Authenticator for at least the last 7 days, items leaving your account will be held by Steam for up to 15 days. This provides you time to discover any transactions on hold that you didn't make. If you find that your account has been compromised, you can change your Steam account password and cancel any item transactions that are pending before your items are stolen.

When you cancel a trade that is being held by Steam, we'll presume that you intercepted a hijacker and you'll see a 7 day trading cooldown to prevent any further unauthorized attempts to trade away items. This cooldown is for your protection and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

To cancel any pending trades on hold, you may have to check your trade offers page.
