CSGO in 4k

Hey guys, I have RTX 4080 and can easily run the game in 4k with fps around 300.
I have 2 questions -
1) are there any downsides in playing in higher resolution other then FPS?
2) is there a way to increase font in console?

yes there are, everything looks smaller.

there is no need to play 4k this game, you get more profit playing lowest settings except effects and skin models(if u have)
the font may be increased in config maps if u mean HUD. but if u mean main menu font i dont think there is any comand to increase it

I have larger monitor so my guess is that models will scale normally on 4k as they appear on 1080p?
