how to see fps in cs2

I think cs2 lowers fps , it's laggy . csgo 200 to 300 fps in cs2 idk .
but is there a way to see fps except using some external software?
help.
btw rip cs because most of players now will play in 30 fps

Top left STEAM -> Settings -> In game -> In game FPS Counter
(Choose where you want to be)

there will be some more options about showing your FPS too.
