griefing bans

guys i'm facing really serious problem about grief bans. this is really out of hand and nobody is really talking about this. so in general if you are good you can get grief reports and then it's warning. then if you continue "being good" you will eventually get banned. i was muted and grief banned for 8 days with just one report from russian guy who was also throwing the game. but in general i get reports from enemy who genuinelly think i'm cheating but cheating does not have anything to do with grief. they will just select everything on report page and at the end of the match i come out with 8 day ban or longer ban. i only need one groundless report and boom that's it. steam support does not even also believe the report system can be exploited and is generally most broken system.

Same thing is constantly happening to me. I play Faceit, i get griefing ban, because the enemies report me. Now, when CS2 has just gotten released, all it took was ONE game without a 5-queue, for a teamate (Who was trolling, because we called him out for baiting) to report me for griefing and BOOM 7 day cooldown.

yea yea definitely good report system, only people with 15k/30d in matchmaking won't complain about it because they have never been blamed for cheating and not getting every tick marked in report. There's Space for example in above comment section.

In my case system seems to working quite well. I am blaming my teammates for most of the lost rounds because I am always carrying this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I mean every game being top 1 and losing most of the games makes me very tilted. So I get kicked or get griefing bans without giving a break. Recording my streak.

I dont think you will ever get out of griefing cooldowns. If we get lucky, you get banned for deranking on purpose since its against the new steam tos.
