Thread Starvation

So I keep getting framerate drops and the console says its due to thread starvation and its a performance problem. I have an i7-8750 and an rtx 2070 so it shouldn't be an issue. I have tried everything I can think of and still no fix. Any suggestions? Here's a list of what i've tried:
Update drivers
disable steam overlay
enroll and unenroll in steam beta
change every graphics setting
set csgo to high priority
try a bunch of different launch options
verify game files
uninstall and reinstall

i have the same issue and those console errors should clearly indicate a cpu problem

howewer,some days are worse / better than others and that makes no sense if it really was a cpu problem - i am starting to believe it might be a connection issue (packet loss,sudden high ping spikes,etc)

check if everything's fine with net_graph 1 (or 2,don't remember) - i will do the same i guess

I've tried clearing DNS cache everytime this problem occured.

It works for me, everytime, maybe you want to try.
