If I want to record myself play, I'm using OBS and use game capture on CSGO.

If it's clips of moments themselves, I have SteelSeries GG app which I originally got to setup my Arctis 5 headset on at which point has a feature where you can clip moments, whether it be in that second or over entire minutes. However, by default it's setup in a way that auto-captures whatever you're doing and I had to disable it cause the sound it makes keeps beeping in my ears and I hate sudden noise that is outside of my game.
OBS Studio with a custom .dll to bypass the allow third party command LMFAO
If you have a Nvidia Gpu you can capture the last 3 Minutes with Shadow Play. You just need to download GeForce Experience
Or you can also just record normal with it.

Obs gives low trust . Don’t ask how I know lol I’m and out of low trust handful of times after capturing and making recordings steams great!

Outplayed is the best imo. Isn’t a performance hog and captures kills and whatever you specify automatically without having to worry about pressing a hot key every time
