if you mean your case drop it usually takes 7 days after your last one for a new one to be available. So if you got your last case drop on Tuesday around 8 p.m. for example you'll be able to get this week's case drop somewhere around that time the upcoming Tuesday.

But there also seems to be requirement for either hours played or experience gained before it unlocks. You can't just play 1 game a week and expect your case drop by timing it right. You should meet either requirement with 30 games though

Every week you have the chance to get 2 case drops and 1 random item like a skin or spray paint when you level up.
The first case drops easily within a handful of games but the 2nd case takes time and is completely random. Playing 30 matches in a row won't net you a 2nd case like you're hoping because it's random. Might take 100 games or 5 games.

Yes. Better to play Casual games, much faster to farm case. And you can quit any time, if the game is too hard.

Got 2 case drops within 3 days. I'm sure it happened to me multiple times before, but hasn't happened this time since revolution case was released.

on their site it says

You can only get one or two cases per week, and they will be dropped randomly after you finish matches in the official game modes of CS:GO like Casual, Deathmatch or Competitive. There’s also a chance to receive case drops while playing on community servers.

and looking at my screenshots it's definitely not entirely random. It usually takes around 7 days for your case drop to refresh. The only rare exceptions for me seem to be when I either received a 2nd drop in a week, then it usually takes 6 days for your next one or if I delayed my drop (by not playing for example) for several days then I usually got the drop next week a little earlier too.
It's also not like I "timed" getting my drops 2022 because I was playing almost daily last year to farm my medal.

again, 11th and 13th of February are same week drops. Now show when you received your drop the week after.

If you played consistently it probably would have been on the 17th. Not before that

Yeah, that proves the article correct. You do receive multiple drops a week, it's just random and you're really lucky if you do.
