Google "Jonesy Moe CSGO" and the first result should be his CS:GO cases ROI spreadsheet. You can click the "Return on investment" category up top to sort by highest return, and the site has a part that shows how it's calculated for good measure. Currently the list for highest ROI goes:

-Revolution (Somehow)
-OP Wildfire
-eSports 2013 Winter Case
-Revolver
-Weapon Case 2

Listen to this guy. If you open cases, open them with the mindset that you WILL lose the money.

Even if you want are trying to get a nicer skin than 3.00 allows, just buy a skin, then sell them later at a 15% loss to valve on the market once you have enough to upgrade. I have open at least 600 cases. I have probably pulled 300 dollars of skins out of 1800 invested, and that’s probably better than most.

Through out the last 6 months I've gotten a couple K off a very small amount invested and my friend's started to open cases, it's disappointing to watch people try. I got unbelievably lucky, it's not practical at all.
