Although I barely get toxic teammates overall.
Why isnt Vavle doing anything about this? Its widely reported that Russian players are toxic towards non Russians, why arent they having their own Russian servers.
As a Russian, I can confirm that each time somebody wishes me good morning I immediately go on hateful rampage, it happens automatically
Why you dont like when someone says "How are you?"
Did I make a mistake by saying good morning? I also first asked them where they are from, and they started flaming
If they are speaking English and being toxic or racist, then I will absolutely mute them (clicking once on the volume icon instead of turning their volume down). This essentially blacklists them and likely adds a +1 to the 'significant reports of said individual'. If others are doing the same, they will struggle in the future to even make a sound when they join a fresh lobby.
We can all hate different countries, the nationalities, creeds and cultures within them - I don't mind admitting that my mindset has taken on a level of hatred to some and more so concerning the conflict of the last year, though this being a silent state of utter disdain of sorts, but there is a point when even this becomes a matter of wasting time and energy. Simply put, there are ways and means to deal with this; mute, block, even report if you feel the need to, and move on. Do not give these individual the time of day, because getting you mad is what they wanted you to be all along.
Don't project your sick imagination to the whole nation.
Ew. In my team even Russians and Ukrainians are nice to each other mostly.
But still in Dota2 I have the situation like yours in CSGO.
It does not justify toxic behavior.
Toxicity is not national thing, it is personal.
