Can i get VAC banned by just getting the value from offsets

As the title says, i want to get the value of some offsets to see if a player is connected to a match and then get the kills.

My question is if the anti cheat will acuse and ban me for getting those values in a external application (not a internal one that injects into csgo)

No the VAC anti cheat scans your computer for cheats and if they are running while you are playing on a vac protected server you are ♥♥♥♥♥♥

if u hook into the game or read memory u technically can get banned, just use -insecure and play on non VAC secured servers for that, should work just fine (or use hazedumper for offsets)

use -insecure and you should be safe

yeah, i can do that, but my idea was to make a app that stores statistics from your mm games. i won't change any memory, i just read it, like my mouse software does, to change the led color's based on health. i didnt got banned yet for using my mouse software

i think system by overwatch must to fix. because many people to judges overwatch not valid.... so player have skill can get ban..

read into gamestate integration and perhaps telnet aswell, both are features that csgo officially supports which allow third party applications to read game information (in GSI's case) or have full read/write access to the console (in telnets case), which you can use to achieve what ur trying to do here

Only cheaters do that

and yes you will get a vacban, if you mess around with the info you get from it and use it within the game !
