Waxpeer se link scam

A dude linked me a fake waxpeer link, i knew it was scam i wasnt going to enter my profile details of course, since these type of fake sites always does that you have to enter your steam nickname and password but this time when i clicked it it showed that my steam was already logged in, without needing any nickname or stuff only needing confirmation to enter the site. So i closed it immediately. Now i wonder, if they are not going to get info by entering nickname and password, did they do anything to my pc with just that link or fake steam page ? I searched my pc with 2 different antivirus programs and changed my password too. But im scared of some kind of keylogger or viruses that i cant see, is it possible that they can infect keylogger with just link ?

Sounds like an API scam.
Go in to your settings and remove all API keys

yeah did that too, but revoking it one time, is it enough ?
