how to know if a sticker is grated

Do you mean if the sticker has been put on a weapon and scratched? If so i think the only way to tell is by inspecting that weapon in game.

sometimes its scratched only once, and it doesnt show any difference inspecting

Ah i see what you mean. Sadly i don't think you can see a previous scratch count anywhere. But if u cant tell then id just assume its unscratched.

i have an extension called "steam inventory helper" when you search on market you for a skin with a sticker on it, it will tell you how much it is scratched

i have no idea, but there are many extensions for your browser out there like the one i'm using and for sure there is one that will tell you sticker scratching percentual
