CSGO wont launch (Please help me)
Hey everyone so I need some help out of nowhere csgo stopped working I would hit play it would load and nothing would happen and the play button would come back. No error message would pop up. The only message I would get every now and then is the Fatal error message of not being able to connect to steam client. I hit up support and they are now unable to help me.

things I tried to fix it.
-update steam client
-uninstalled and reinstalled both steam and csgo
-ran both steam and csgo as admins
-deleted the packages and appcache folders in csgo
-verified the game files
-logged out and back into steam
-updated windows
-checked all my drives to make sure they were all good (all of them are running perfectly)
-updated csgo
-turned off windows management instrumentation in system config
-used the -nojoy launch option
-moved csgo install to a different drive
-updated graphics drivers
-used the beta account

side note this is the only game on steam I am have troubles running and this issued appeared a few days ago.

if you find an error for shaderapidx9.dll the problem is probably related to fastprox.dll

have you tried running sfc and dism to repair windows?

yes after i did the sfc checked it restored some files and I restated my pc then I dism restore health and restarted my pc now im getting this in event finder

what version of windows are you running and is it fully updated?

sorry i cant help more

trying to troubleshoot via forum posts is rather challenging

one thing i always do is run sfc and dism until no errors are found

also consider a fresh install of windows

Try to add -nojoy to the startup parameters. Worked 4 me (This disables keyboard shortcuts and some stuff like this)
