Help im losing about 100fps in csgo

SteamNetworkingSockets lock held for 16.0ms. (Performance warning.) ServiceThread,CSteamNetworkConnectionBase::Think,PostConnectionStateUpdateForDiagnosticsUI
This is usually a symptom of a general performance problem such as thread starvation.
i have this in console plz help me i had this problem for a month now

It's because steam is looping over all available ports, try open -> Services -> IP Helper -> startup type -> and set it to disabled. Then either reboot or shut down the service manually. hope it works for you ^^

where do i find it in steam or on my pc?
I looked in Services on my pc but i could not find IP Helper.

It's on PC :) You can launch services by opening Start, typing: services then hitting Enter. Or, you can press Windows key + R, type: services.msc then hit Enter.

The service name is: iphlpsvc
The service description is: Provides tunnel connectivity using IPv6 transition technologies (6to4, ISATAP, Port Proxy, and Teredo), and IP-HTTPS. If this service is stopped, the computer will not have the enhanced connectivity benefits that these technologies offer.

Then find IP-Helper, right click on the gear icon ->choose properties -> set Startup type: to Disabled. Then Apply, and OK.

Then it's an indication of general performance problem on the computer, such as thread starvation. It is related to CPU performance, and definitely does not have anything to do with anything on the actual "network". what is the hardware/system specs? :)

-8gb ram
-Ryzen 5
-GTX 1650
Edit: I was thinking maybe i should overclock the cpu
