Can't connect to FACEIT games please help!

Can't connect to FACEIT games, the map just doesn't load. Closed all Antivirus while matchmaking and anything unnecessary. No problems connecting normal games, any servers or workshop maps. All loading fine and opening. When i try to get in a game of FACEIT this is the console error:

Please help me guys i really want to play on FACEIT i have premium but can't use it!

"Go to your regular config file, delete your config.cfg and autoexec, and then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata and go onto your user ID, 730, and delete the configs in there. Then re-run cs and it'll generate complete new config files for you.

Also right click CS in Steam, go to the updates tab and turn off Steam cloud."

I checked my CSGO local files and couldn't find config.cfg and autoexec anywhere. There were few config files with other names which i deleted. Went on to my userdata there was like 6 different folders went into each of them and 730 folders and deleted all the configs in there. Also closed off my steam cloud. But faceit stilll won't load. It opens the loading page but nothing after that bro.
