Can u tell me how to make it so everyone can send me trade offers

Easy to fix. Go to your profile and click on "Edit Profile".
From there go to Privacy Settings and select inventory privacy. It will be set to either private and friends only. You can change it to "Public" and that`s how people who aren't on your friends list can send you trade offers. Hope that works for you

go to trade offers/ who can send me trade offers and place the link in ur profile decr :)
