symbols in the nick, rare letters...(help)

I recently changed my name and I don't see the letters or symbols of my nickname. but in some game I do see players with symbols and strange letters in the nick.
Does anyone know why this happens? I've searched the internet and can't find anything. (I use windows obviously)
Does anyone know what symbols are the ones that can really be put? Would someone be so kind as to copy and paste them here? because I see pages that say that their symbols are used for the steam nick and then they are not seen in the game.

Yes, but yesterday I tried to change to a new one and it wouldn't let me put symbols and weird letters. (for example 2 stars and a letter o crossed out)

The only symbols I've seen that work are that one and the one for the wheelchair.
but I want 2 stars and the o crossed out. Before I had the nick like this but when I went to play csgo only my nick appeared as: DC (the o crossed out and the stars were erased)
