It actually depends; on Tuesdays/Wednesdays you can get bonus XP meaning you get more XP than usual. At best, you can usually get 2 levels per day (without any breaks) which is 2 levels, but other days you can earn 1 level (If you spend a lot of time playing CSGO), so its between 5000-10000 XP. But, there is no XP cap meaning it's none.

If you just play casually you can get around 2 levels per week.
The first 4500 experience you get 4x the regular exp.
4500 to 7500 exp = x2 regular exp
7500 to 11.167exp = regular exp

After that you only get 1/8th of the regular exp meaning you would need to play a fckton to get to that third level in a week.

Competitive gives you 30 experience every round you win (so 120 exp every round for the first 4500 exp etc etc)

Just for reference, after 11.167 exp you get 60 exp winning a game of competitive (16 rounds) whereas you can get 120 exp from just winning 1 round within the first 4500 exp per week.

No there's no way for you to get 18 levels anymore, aside from the 2 easy levels for the next 3 weeks (so 6 easy levels) you would need to get around 56.500 exp in total.

That totals to about 942 competitive wins or 15.066 rounds won. (with the capped experience of 1/8th of the normal exp.

We have about 410 hours left this year meaning you would need to win 36 rounds per hour nonstop, so unless you somehow get some way of people intentionally losing rounds to you, no it's 100% not possible.
