It's really strange but in some games a VPN can help lower the ping it could be that my ISP or my router or my firewall is preventing me from fast access to the game servers But the VPN is not restricted by any firewall

Vpn wont be faster or prevent ddos... If the Vpn is attack then so are your connection...

Block the ports you dont use instead with command prompt or a firewall! That is by far more efficient than a Vpn 😉👍
Oh or use Valves servers to hide your true ip with.. By selecting never in the in-game option on networks 😉👍

You are allso free to use one of My tools i made and shared online that will enhance and hide your true ip and give you 0.0.0.0 ip
