No one has released public info on payments for CS:GO skins. I have looked. Its probably in a contract when skins get selected that the maker cannot disclose publicly how much the skins have made them. But one guy made $80,000 off a TF2 skin in the past.

This might be a tad late, but I believe that the skin creator gets 5% of all money that is spent on that skin, or they get a small percentage of what people spend on the case key.
