If it doesn't specify the A.M. or P.M., then it's likely going by the 24-hour clock, so it would be A.M. (7:00:00 P.M. would be 19:00:00)

when I have that exact message on an item I can trade it 9am my time midnight valve time.
does the item still have the time message or you have another trade problem?

correction I have the exact same thing with my tournement stickers they are still not tradeable for me too.

I understand whats going on valve is in another timezone they correct to summer time 3 weeks later than the rest of us.
my valve clock is on seattle time not Bellevue.

Valve will always use the 24-hour clock for item descriptions (Gifting, tradable, marketable, ect), so it'll be am.

The (7) in 7:00:00 is days and the next two zeros are hours then minutes, so whenever you purchased the item, 7 days from then u will be able to trade.

How are you even running your PC? Your GPU needs a minimum 500w psu and you only have a 530w
