You can have 20+ kills, but if they're only entry kills / midround kills it just gives an advantage in the round but doesn't get you round wins.
If you have 10 kills which were all round-winning kills you're doing much better.
It's about winning rounds, helping out your team and performing well TOGETHER.
Just keep in mind that CSGO is not about frags, it's about winning rounds.
You should learn how to throw proper grenades for proper strats.
Of course you should learn at least like 15-20 bullets for an ak or m4 spray and simply just get better.
Change up your crosshair and view model, also change up your HUD.
PREFIRE. If you know an enemy is around the corner and your weapon has nice ammo, just fire before you turn the corner and since you know the spray of your weapon, youll be hitting a lot of bullets at their torso/head before they know it.
Use your grenades, im only GN4/MG level, but I know that my friends who are high silver/low GN never buy grenades, and those that do dont really use them before they die.
Most players once cash is in excess will buy 3-4 grenades each round and use them efficiently.
Watch players of higher level, even just watching a few ranks above you could help you out - watch the minimap too of those games and watch the positioning and patterns, it can help you work out what your enemy might do in each round and you can position yourself accordingly to get the best chances of kills. theres nothing more annoying than winning but being low fragger because you were always at B when the enemy always went A and you barely got kills :p
Or just gugle -> cs go pro tips (or cs go how to get better).
