OP, quit the game for a period of time. You need to play the game for fun and stop stressing, why do you blame russians, what about your other team mates including yourself.
The bans you recieve are legit because your one of them that like to kick people for no reason, I seen it many times in comp but I never vote 'yes'. You can mute the person as well, so they is no excuse. I mute all my team mates, im not intested in talking to strangers, all I want to do is have fun playing CS:GO in comp.
Because pre-mades will troll and abuse the kick feature like yourself OP. Only other option I see is to not allow pre-mades to group with solo players.
