I haven't found any contact for CS:GO developers so I decided to put it here. Please remove ban for kicking player from your team! Every time I play this game and I don't have full team of friends, we have some noob kid from Russia in the team. That is pretty bad in competitive team game like CS:GO. They literary do nothing and only screaming something we can´t understand. We report them for griefing and kick him. Now we can play because bot is so much better. We win. We want to play another game. We can´t. We all have ban for 7 days because we kick that stupid kid. Please FIX THIS! It is really annoying. Other solution would be to make server only for Russians. That will also fix the problem. Please share this! I know I am not only one with this problem. PS: Sorry for bad english.

Well stop kicking then and learn how to handle griefers

You are guilty of abusing the votekick function and you are stacking cooldown so you lost your right to even use the votekick function. Pressing F1 or launching a vote, even if the person doesn't get kicked will get you another 7 days cooldown, be warned.

Know that you do not kick someone because he is bad/idiotic/not to your liking!

Vote Kicking Etiquette

There are very few instances when you should vote kick a player. You must keep in mind that the system is not here just so you can get rid of bad players. You have no right in saying who does and who doesn't get to play this game.

Here are some reasons where a vote kick could be considered justified:

> A player is griefing in a way that does not cause team damage such as blocking players, purposefully getting killed, losing rounds, or throwing the bomb in areas that can not be reached. If you can deal with griefers, try and do so and report them to Overwatch, where they will receive a minorly disruptive ban. Vote kicking MAY cause the case to not go to Overwatch, but I can not confirm that.
> A player is not playing, but has used console commands so they are still moving in game. This prevents the auto kick by the server but they are still obviously not there. Again, try and deal with a player like this and report them for griefing.
> A player is cheating (AKA hacking). This is a bit iffy as kicking a cheater does redue the chances, all though very slightly, of them being convicted by Overwatch. If you do let them play through the game, or they are with a friend that prevents a vote kick, the only thing you can do is report them. When they are caught their affects to your rank will be nulified.
> A player is playing but really isn't trying. It is VERY important to know the difference between a bad player, and one who isn't trying. A person might just be having an off game or day and aren't playing at their best. However, it is clear they are attempting to be a team player and are trying to win. A player who isn't trying is not doing that. They wander aimlessly around the map, get drunk or high, or go AFK for periods too short to trigger the auto kick.

Lol it's just a video game bro, losing a few matches is not a big deal. But coming here and blaming your team while crying about it is a big deal. It shows your inability to deal with simple situations and a tendency to get way too involved. That's the reason you're losing, not teammates. Hate to break it to you but match making is random the only common element in your lost matches is you.

dude its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. I got a 24hr ban for kicking and when my ban ended I finally got to join a match. Well during the match someone voted kick and I accidently pressed F1, trying to press F2 and BAM 7 days... CS GO Just wants this game flooded with smurfs man...

Since we aren't allowed to kick people anymore and have to report people, why not just remove the kick feature..?

What I am saying is CS:GO is team game. Every vote in game is made by team. EVERY VOTE! You can´t kick some one just becouse you don´t like him. It have to be WHOLE TEAM to kick somebody. What is good thing. Becouse in the team game, team should make decisions. So why I get ban? The most silly thing is that the kicked griefer can still play and ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up day to other players without any damege to him.

OP, quit the game for a period of time. You need to play the game for fun and stop stressing, why do you blame russians, what about your other team mates including yourself.

The bans you recieve are legit because your one of them that like to kick people for no reason, I seen it many times in comp but I never vote 'yes'. You can mute the person as well, so they is no excuse. I mute all my team mates, im not intested in talking to strangers, all I want to do is have fun playing CS:GO in comp.

Because pre-mades will troll and abuse the kick feature like yourself OP. Only other option I see is to not allow pre-mades to group with solo players.
