How do you unhide the chat? Can't see anything!

Hello. Yesterday I was watching the MLG Columbus major through the GOTV in-game and I typed in a command to hide the chat full of spam. It worked, but I just got into a game and I can't see nothing - I can not see the chat, my crosshair or the leaderboard on the top of the screen.

Can anyone help me? What is the command to hide and unhide the chat again?

I meant restarting it, sorry. Exit & enter the game again.

disable the chat of idiots: type "y" and uncheck the GOTV chat (a bottom switch)
enable the chat of idiots: type "y" and check the GOTV chat (a bottom switch)
