Do you get it automatically after 10 yers or you need to do something else?

the 10 Year Veteran Coin is awarded to players who were a member of the Counter-Strike community for over 10 years. To be eligible to receive the coin the player must have a game from the Counter-Strike series. The player must have owned the game for ten years, played the game at least once, and the account must be in a good standing (no ban/s).

The Ten Year Veteran Coin is now available to players who have been a member of the Counter-Strike community for over 10 years. To receive the coin, you must have a Steam account in good standing, and must have owned (and played) a game from the Counter-Strike series for over 10 years.

Well i have been an active Counterstrike member for allmost 23 years, later this month, but Steam is not that old, so it is not registered and i was playing on internet cafe´s back then untill i got my own stuff ...

Not only csgo, any CS title counts towards it. Also some people said the requirement that you had to play the game at least once got removed but I've never seen any evidence for that. So I'd always go with the first time launched any CS title.

Also OP you don't even have the 5 year coin as far I've seen, because you don't have it in your inventory. You can see on your steam profile on games -> csgo -> personal game data, when you first launched csgo/bought it. When was it?
